I can honestly say that I didn’t know what in the world a “hookah” (also known as “water pipe” or “shisha”) was until about a month ago when I saw pictures of some of my friends smoking one of these devices. If I didn’t know what a hookah was, then I definitely had no idea what a hookah bar was.
